30: Which Anger Style Are You? Reactive and Explosive, Chronically Suppressed or Authentically Empowered?

from The Devotional Woman Podcast · host Monique Carmela

In this episode we are discussing Anger. Anger is a wise and powerful teacher and spirit guide. I often see people go one of 2 ways - Reactive and explosive, pointing the finger, blaming and criticising, leading to shame after the reaction has ended or chronically suppressed, not expressing anger at all, feeling they're not safe to feel anger, anger is wrong and bad. But there is a third way - Authentically Empowered Anger which we will discuss in this episode. When you learn how to hold space for yourself and your anger, you can channel your anger in healthy ways, and it can serve you greatly in becoming your most authentic, aligned self.
