A proposed ordinance that would prohibit parking along much of 300 North between U.S. 89 and the Willard Canyon trailhead is headed to a public hearing after discussion by the Willard City Council on May 28. The proposal would make it unlawful to park on either side of 300 North from U.S. Highway 89 east to the Willard Canyon trailhead.
