Pafos’ Smart City Project Manager Dr. Zinon Zinonos explains how Pafos was able to stand out as 2023 European Capital of Smart Tourism. The European Capital of Smart Tourism is an EU initiative that is promoting the concept of smart tourism in European cities. It does this by awarding smart tourism leaders, encouraging the sharing of best practices and promoting smart destinations. The 2023 Capitals are Pafos (Cyprus) and Seville (Spain). Representatives from Pafos will be in Hall 1.1 at ITB Berlin 2023.
