302. A Mom's Promise Versus God's Promises

Welcome back to the kitchen table. We’ve all heard it—“But mom, you promised...” Sometimes, what feels like a simple yes becomes something we can't always make happen. Our promises can fall short, but God’s never do. In 2 Corinthians 1:20, we’re reminded that “all of God’s promises are ‘Yes’ in Christ.” Unlike us, God never fails to keep his word. When we feel like we’ve missed the mark, we can look to God’s promises, which never change. He invites us to trust Him and lay our hopes at his feet, knowing his promises are always sure.
