302 - IRONMAN© Canada - Jodie Roberson

from Pursuit of the Perfect Race · host Triathlon Coach Terry Wilson

I’m lucky enough to have the chance to talk with Jodie about her race at IRONMAN© Canada. We talk about what it’s like for her as this is her fourth year as a professional in the sport and the balance of life, training, and work she has to have. She works full time and trains a great amount per week. Oh, and her employer is 40 minutes away from home where she lives. Time management is a key to her success. The best part of this episode is some tips she has for everyone about having a true understanding of your why.--Weather that day: 61-75Water: WSL-Age Group: PRO Height: 5’7”Weight: ~135Calories per hour: 400-500PSI for this course: 110Bike Elevation Gain: 7,890ftRun Elevation Gain: 1,036ftSwim: 58:11T1: 5:05Bike: 5:15:40T2: 2:58Run: 3:26:06Total Race Time: 9:47:58-Gender Rank: 5Division Rank: 5Overall Rank: 24-Gender Rank: 5Division Rank: 5Overall Rank: 24-Follow Jodie,Facebook: Jodie RobertsonInstagram: @jodierobertsontriathlete-Sponsors:BASE PerformanceBeet PerformerKlean AthleteNormatecQuintana Roo Rudy ProjectRunners EdgeWattie ink-Follow Coach Terry:Instagram: @PerfectRacePodcast
