302 - Stirring The Pot Won't Help You

Sometimes in moments and conversations, stirring the pot won't help you, as it'll cause more drama and chaos - although in some situations you need to do a mic drop! The one thing I encourage you to do, in each scenario is to evaluate it quickly in the moment and ultimately protect your energy and mindset. Is it worth saying something? Are they going to actively listen or not? What is the benefit for you? I give some examples of what to say and what to do for you to make sure that you are taking care of yourself in those situations. I am here to support and guide you to a much more peaceful life rather than being caught up in bad energy, arguments and BS.
