Listening to Kiirtan from Congo is awesome!. I first heard it on Online Kiirtan for the Universe FB page. The person behind all this is Ashok, a senior Margii, who writes Kiirtan and promotes it every day. I just found out that they often go to the villages ands record Baba Nam Kevalam kiirtan in traditional tunes and with local instruments. Ashok shares his unique perspective on the value of Kiirtan as well as other devotional gems. Theres also the RAWA group that has recorded over 20 albums.
