3048: Respect International Law in Gaza Displacement Conundrum, Bulla Warns Government

A leading South Sudanese lawyer has urged the government to handle the issue of possible Palestinian displacement from Gaza with extreme caution.Godfrey Bulla, Executive Director of the Justice and Human Rights Observatory, says Juba must prioritise respect for international legal obligations, consult the United Nations refugee agency, and avoid any role that could contribute to the subjugation of the Palestinian people.
