Dr. Tricia (Trish) Williams is here to chat with me about transdiagnostic neonatal neuropsychology. What does that mean, exactly? Well, Dr. Williams specializes in assessment, consultation, and intervention with kids who’ve experienced neonatal injuries like hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy, neonatal stroke, or preterm birth. As a parent of a child who experienced HIE and participated in therapeutic hypothermia, I had a very personal interest in this material!
