Rodney talks about transitioning from a driver to a crew member in the sport and the dark times that preceded his rise in the Cup Series. He covers the beginnings with Blaney, his role with Scott Riggs, moving to MWR, his landing spot with SHR, and how Kevin Harvick changed his career. What's next for Rodney?
