#31: A Visit Home: Guided Stargazing to activate Soul Memories and connect You with Your Cosmic Self (read the show notes!)

Today's episode is a little different. It is a guided practice (not a guided meditation) that will help you to connect with your Cosmic Self and activate soul memories. Make sure you read the description of this episode before you dive in! You may want to save it for later to immerse fully in this practice once the time is right. What you need to know:  For this guided practice, it is important that you pick a starry night and find a place outside where you will not be disturbed. Maybe you have a balcony or a backyard, maybe you can drive to a meadow nearby and sit next to your car – find a place where you feel safe and can relax. Make sure to bring (warm) clothing, a blanket, and something to sit or lie on if it's cold outside. You could also stand for this practice but keep in mind that you will be looking up for a while. After preparing your spot outside (yoga mat to lay on, warm blanket to snuggle into, etc.), it's time to start the audio. Even though this is a guided practice, it is not a guided meditation.
