31. Airplane Turbulence

from The Highly Sensitive Person Podcast

Over the past dozen years or so, I’ve gotten more and more scared of turbulence on airplanes. When I was younger, I enjoyed turbulence. I remember a time when I would snicker when I saw other people who looked nervous! But now, It’s now to the point where I’m barely fighting off a panic attack. In this episode, I talk about why turbulence is scary to some people, plus some tips on how I calm down while on a plane. If you like the podcast, please leave a positive review on iTunes!
