Chris LeBeau is a St. Louis-based mixologist whose workshops are primarily aimed at cocktail-curious home bartenders and corporate events. He also runs the immaculately slick "Decoding Cocktails" podcast, and just launched a second one,  "So this one shift" which he describes as "Storycorps meets the beverage industry".
