If you create an inclusive culture and use inclusive tech it can drive social change. How did the move to online working and service provision effect inclusivity in your organisation?   Over the past few months, we have seen businesses embrace working practices and new digital tools they previously deemed as ‘not possible’ or ‘not yet’.
