#31. Trust Your Heart, Not Your Head

In today’s episode, Binu talks about how learning to trust your heart is a critical part of our growth and well-being. To reach that internal calm and peace state, we must now operate our lives from our heart and soul space. Many of us have had alot of negative experiences in our upbringing which has caused some negative thought patterns inside our heads that keep us feeling low vibrational emotions. Let’s move forward in 2024 with a different perspective so that we can all start living with more joy and peace within.
