310. Servant.Leadership Is Relationally Relational

Somewhere along the way the false assertion that leaders are above and beyond and apart from those they serve became popular. Instead of servants, leaders became masters.  Relationships are profoundly relational. Ministry is "people". We must serve among the flock and separate from them. Tune in and be encouraged to jump in with both feet relationally serving the men and women God has entrusted to your care.
