这里告别的，是1924年，由Eugen Beyer 博士成立于柏林的公司Beyerdynamic GmbH & Co. KG，中文惯常翻译为「拜亚动力」。拜亚动力于1937年开发出了第一支动圈扬声器的耳机Beyerdynamic DT48，从此开启了个人聆听领域的新时代。2025年6月，佳禾智能发布公告，宣布其全资子公司「佳禾国际」拟以现金方式支付对价，收购 Beyerdynamic GmbH & Co. KG 全部股份及卖方持有的股东借款，初步价款为 1.22 亿欧元（约合 10 亿元人民币）。目前，收购案已经正式开始落地执行。不久之后，作为德国品牌的「拜亚动力」以及Beyerdynamic GmbH & Co.
