3126: GESS Launches 2025 Payments to Keep South Sudanese Learners in School

The Girls’ Education South Sudan (GESS) programme has begun its 2025 cash transfers to help girls and learners with disabilities stay in school. Supported by the UK government and the Ministry of General Education, the initiative provides direct payments to improve attendance and reduce dropout rates.
