Thank you!     Marianne: Hello doctor Cabral, I'm tracking my cycle with an Oura ring and I experience a significant decrease in heart rate variability (HRV) accompanied by a notable rise in heart rate during my luteal phase. In the last3years, at irregular intervals, sometime twice a month, sometimes only once in every3months, I had massive pain on the left side in my upper jaw area,in the gums+in 1 tooth+severe headache-only once it happened on the right side but the same pain:upper jaw, gums,1tooth,severe headache. MRT scan showed my right side maxillary sinus is full of phlegm/mucus?
