314: Gaining Opportunity From Your YouTube Channel With John Johnson From Yacht Buoy

This week we are joined by John Johnson from the Yacht Buoy Youtube channel. We talk about his previous military experience, his early learnings on YouTube, working with large brands, and SO much more! About John: After leaving school, I served in the Royal Navy for six years. When I left, I worked in sales and marketing for two years before starting my own insurance business. I grew the business from scratch and had a turnover of around £50,000 per month, and was writing about £150,000 of premium per month. I had 11 employees before I sold my share of my business to my business partners. I then got married, had my first child, and started up a social media management business. Around 18 months ago, I started my YouTube channel 'Yacht Buoy' because I love boats. 18 months later, I am on around 800k views per month, and I have worked with big superyacht builders such as Bering Yachts, Nordhavn, Icon Yachts, and a few others.
