314 - The End of an Era

After 4 years, hundreds of thousands of downloads, and more growth than I could ever put into words, this is the final episode of Crying Burns Calories.This podcast started on my living room floor with a pair of old-school Apple headphones and a version of me that had absolutely no idea what she was doing, but decided to start anyway….And somehow, it became so much more than just a podcast. It became a community. A space that helped women feel seen, understood, and less alone. It also changed me. It helped me find my voice, become a better speaker, build confidence, and create a life I used to dreamed about.But one thing the last four years have taught me is that creating the life you want sometimes requires letting go of the things that no longer fit the current version of you- even when they are good things. I hope this episode reminds you that you are allowed to become a completely different person than the one who started.
