Extend beyond that negative point so that at the end people are happier with their overall experience with you even if something that was a little bit bad happened. How To Get Customers To Buy Guide people to go in the right direction in the way you present information. It's called 'choice architecture.' Choice is all about context. And the way it is presented makes a difference. How you present something should be worded or framed in a way that resonates with your specific ideal customers. The subconscious brain is very literal and will take big font equals big price. That goes together with small font equals small price. Keep product titles simple and clear. If you use adjectives, keep it short and snappy. Use images that demonstrate experiences in product descriptions and promotions so people can imagine how it will feel.
