Dylan is a 2x Olympic Trials Qualifier and is hoping for round three this time around!Dylan changed his training stimulus up a bit this block, doing more 10k-half marathon styled training to see how it went for the full. His main objective was to win Bayshore + have a great half-marathon tune up race! His tune up went great -running a quick 1:05:43 half marathon PR in Indy!We went through Dylan’s race recap, training block, and heard how his carb load went.
