316. When the Gospel Lights Up Your Home

Welcome back to the kitchen table. In 2 Corinthians 4, we see a beautiful truth: God is the one who brings light into the darkness. He shines His light into our hearts, filling us with His presence and truth. As parents, we are called to pray that same light for our children—to be prayer warriors who lift them up to God. When we pray, we’re not just speaking words; we’re asking God to turn on a light in their hearts that reveals His love and redemption. We pray His words over them, inviting His presence to guide and shape their lives. Every day, we have this calling. May we pray with purpose, asking God to shine His light into our children’s hearts and show them the depth of His love and grace.
