Hey, Johnny Dumas here, and welcome back to The Daily Refresh, where I share a quote, gratitude, and guided breathing in under three minutes. And today's quote comes from Peter Thiel. We are having Peter Thiel week, by the way, maybe two weeks, by the way, a little hint hint. The most contentious question in business is whether success comes from luck or skill.

Steve Jobs, Jack Dorsey, and Elon Musk have all created several multi-billion dollar companies. If success was mostly a matter of luck, these types of serial entrepreneurs probably wouldn't exist. Think about it, Fire Nation. It's not luck.

It's not skill. It is just the reality that these people know how to create companies like this. So either learn from the best if you want to create, or learn from somebody who's currently where you want to be to create that thing. Something to be grateful for, how about access to water?

It is one of life's most important necessities. You can't go more than a few days without water. So let's be grateful when we have water at hand. Now take a few seconds and think of something unique in your life that you're grateful for.

It will warm your soul. And now it's time for guided breathing. So grab a seat and remember all breathing is through the nose and we'll be breathing in for a count of four, out for a count of four, a total of five times, which will fully circulate amazing oxygen into your body. We'll begin in three, two, one.

Inhale through the nose. Two, three, four. Exhale through the nose. Two, three, four.

Inhale. Two, three, four. Exhale. Two, three, four.

Inhale. Two, three, four. Exhale. Two, three, four.

Inhale. Two, three, four. Exhale. Two, three, four.

Inhale. Two, three, four. Exhale. Two, three, four.

Relax. Congratulations on finishing The Daily Refresh. And if you don't think you're having the type of success that you deserve or want, I can tell you the reason. I've interviewed over 2,000 successful entrepreneurs and they are successful because they've identified their one big idea and they've gone all in and crushed it and dominated.

So if you want to discover your big idea, I have a free training for you over at yourbigidea.io. That's yourbigidea.io. It's free. Get over there.

You'll have your big idea in a short amount of time. I'll see you there.
