#319 Bats in the Basement, Top Running Vacation Spot, Scotty is Getting Jet Skis

Visit lisrunning.com to be coached by us! On this episode, we had our good friends from Louisville, Sam Meredith & Grant Vellinger, on the pod to do a banter episode with Scotty! Every Thursday we meet up with them across the river in Indiana for our “SOIN” (Southern Indiana) run and have breakfast at Sam’s after! This was a really fun episode, between Sam and Grant’s stories there could be 10 Joe Rogan length episodes lol. Grant has had a couple funny encounters with animals recently at home including bats and a very funny wasp story. We also chatted our favorite vacation running spots + Scotty’s new desire to get jet skis. Enjoy!
