32. Always choose alignment

We all need a reminder sometimes. We often get caught up in success, the need to do, do, do in order to get where we want to go that we forget to check in with ourselves. When we only focus on success and money, so many other things are impacted- we overextend ourselves, hit burnout, and want to give up. Of course, we need to take action for success... but not at the expense of our health. Our body, mind & soul relay vital information & it's important to tap in and listen to what our they are trying to tell us. If there is resistance or resentment, you're not living in alignment with your most authentic self. When you tap into what you truly want & move from a place of alignment, that's where true freedom comes from. I've hustled and hit burnout, I've explored my feminine and felt LIT up by my work & most importantly I learned how to do the dance between the two.
