TRANSCRIPT · AUTO-GENERATED

Good morning. Good afternoon and good evening to everyone. You're listening to the all talk car podcast full house tonight. How are you going?

Good evening. Excellent. Roscoe's in. Hello.

And... Just gonna eat that. Just gonna eat that. I have a normal story.

Oh. Ah, ah, ah, ah. David. That's...

Danny, the baggage boys here. Hello. Hello. And I guess tonight he's men.

Hey, buddy. You like the stories before? I just couldn't get record quick enough. We don't want to record those stories.

They weren't car related. I'm sure he's got some car related ones. He's got car related stories, man. Not any car related ones.

I know where to go. Please, my god, they're culturally and they're culturally and crime. So, thanks. I'm sure they're a car related story.

20 years ago I was driving back from my mate, G'day, Rick. And there were two girls on Nick King Street, New Town, yeah, with a big... No, you're back again. No, we're going to any back.

But that is big plastic bag. We're not interested. We're all down. So, hey, we're heading towards Canberra.

I will give you a lift. So, were they getting in the back of the guitar? We're driving along the guitar. Yeah, and the whole...

Yeah, the soft side wasn't down. And they're holding the bag. What's in the bag? And she goes, none of your fucking business.

And he nudges me from the leg and I just start laughing. It's probably for me to ask. So, with chatting away, I eat from Sydney. What's in your bag?

None of your fucking business. We start a laugh. We drop them off. We get the ball, we drop Rick off.

We turn around. The bags in the back seat. What's in the bag? None of your fucking business.

Whoa, go on and sing a sing a sing. That's an Alan Jones check. You know what I meant? We're going to talk to us about abrasive blasting.

Yes, we are. What is abrasive blasting? What's also used for? We use a big abrasive blasting machine.

And we use various types of media, which is the product that you use to strip the paint. Or you strip the paint off the car. It's a very car. You can do a way to work on cars, buildings, concrete, still work, pretty much anything really.

Remember graffiti? You strip it. You strip it. You strip it.

You strip it. Then what's in your bag? So, how do you prepare the surface? Well, that is basically the surface preparation.

So, if you're doing half an example, you look at the vehicle at the age, so if you're telling you previous repairs, we've bogged or started in rust, and then you choose what sort of product you're going to use to go out and remove the paint. And any other product that might be underneath it? So, if it was bogged, you've got to check because if you said, this is a high-pressure jet, if it was bogged underneath it, just rip it off. Is that why?

We'll use different products to save a paint. If it's gone 100 for rust, you can use different products. I've seen them as a blaster, right? I'm talking about this.

Oh, no. How's the basement? You can see it, but you can't see it. You're so excited to get it.

You know, keep going. There's various types of glasses. I was going to say, yeah, it takes up a whole cast. It's actually two cast pieces.

Sorry. It tells the better you're a creep. Maybe you can handle your own blaster. Like, is it long?

I've got the DB2 paint. They're definitely limited. I guess, I can't find myself. I'm going to say these in a rather than work shop, and I want to get blasted.

What's the process? What we do is we'll have a look at the car first, see what condition it's in. Have you had some shockers? Have you had like, you start blasting the car, and there's no things that look like a Porsche from 92.

What did the bomber say? One of the first customers had was restoring a $1.9. That was frame off everything. In and out under the down.

Yeah, it was on the right. Everything. Now, I'm going to put some photos of that up on Instagram and Facebook. There's some footage of that.

That car actually went finished. Went on tour and got multiple concourse awards. Let's go back. We're blasting it.

Do we file like any disaster? We'll just, we'll just, we'll just get a raster. We'll just get a raster. We'll just get going.

We'll ask you to go through the raster from the middle. Okay. What happens when you get like a raster or just keep going? You just keep, you just keep.

We'll ask you to go through the raster from the middle. Okay. And then just make you beat. And then you just play it.

Why don't you go to your aunt? Someone go to your neighborhood. It's quick. I'm sorry, guy.

He was bogging stuff with him. He doesn't use a bogging. We use his instant noodles. He uses like to fix toilet and shit.

A broken ceramic. He uses instant noodles. He uses instant noodles. He uses instant noodles.

He's like a hot water. And then the super glue gets the four and then stands it down. And then paints it. He did it.

They did a bumper on it. With instant noodles. Okay. Sing bass in.

Yeah. Yeah. Play noodles. But the blaster.

Is that, you brought your truckie tonight. Is that the machine on the back of your truck? That's not playing trial. Okay.

That's what I'm able to spell it on your compressor. Okay. So, you know, I can't make rolls. I pretty much want to be inspected vehicle.

You think it's going to have any previous paint repairs or not. And then you just use appropriate media or product that you have asked me for. And in some cases, because there won't be any pedals, you need to use it on your generator. That's pretty much pure baking soda.

Yeah. And then like it's environment and plenty of music and other areas as well. You might as well. Okay.

So once you've done all that, you've got to bare shell and you can repair it and then then it'll pay you to guard it together. Okay. And is it blasting techniques? Like is it a rush job and it doesn't look the surface is great?

Do you spend a lot of time in parts? Well, there's a procedure to do it. So, you don't have all the panels. Certain parts would generate heat if you're too close or you're using too much product or too much pressure.

You'll still have more panel. Or can it? Or what's being? You don't want to get like, putting in there.

So, if you're saying what's being called speed, you think like that. Like good eating stands there. But do you find that certain cars have certain different density of steel or underneath? Like a one-day ISO.

Is that quality compared to the... Well, that's actually really good to work with because parts of it is aluminium. Yeah. So, it was a challenge.

The bottom of the boot, the doors and the apron is aluminium. Back in the day I used that one. Because as the owner of the vehicle it was, I think, £11,000 for a second-day of art in the UK. Were you shooting rigs?

No, it's not for a professional. I was trying to put it on. He's putting all the holes and he's fogging up. He's loose.

Actually, I was trying to put a needle back in. He's doing half a ton. Well, it's a little Chinese car. Well, instead of four, he should have been needle-finished.

Yeah. He's doing half a ton. He's loose. Actually, I was trying to put a needle back in.

He's doing half a ton. Well, it's a little Chinese car. Well, instead of four, he should have been needle-finished. And then obviously, he's done.

Yeah. You can also do like anti-piano notes. So, you can do like in marine applications? On fiberglass or...?

Yeah. On fiberglass aluminium. Do you do all the parts when you're like... I've got a few.

Just get a bit of work here. Question. I've seen cars when I... when we talked about a lot of two weeks ago, I did a little of those cars storing showers and ban fans and all that.

And I did the cars. They were like... They were like... They were like...

They're like... Is that a more effective? Fuck. And I've got like three or four bars.

I'm not sure on the cost of the beating. But that actually removes all the... Your final... same sale and everything for the vehicles.

Okay. So, and a lot of places you can't get to again when you're in the store, you can't get them. Yeah, okay. So, you probably might be trying to...

Some internal rusting later on because it's not a good out of... What do you think? What's the worst thing you've blasted? What's the worst thing you've blasted?

I think I had a random call for someone heading back out. But? What kind of one? Like a statue.

Yeah. A statue, bro. Did you go and bust it? Yeah.

It looked like a big piece of charcoal. It sounded regular straight but... It looked like someone else's glass. It was like...

It was a bit of plastic. It was a bit of plastic. It was a bit of plastic. It was a bit of plastic.

It was gerry. It was gerry. It was gerry. It was a bit of plastic.

You can use the sold out to remove forest stains and things like that. I think it would probably tundled the thing as well. Actually, Ross, not a food industry. It can be used to clean things like food equipment.

Or the walls and warehouses. It's straight baking soda. I've got a big tank. We've got a big tank of water.

We've dropped in for all the trays and stuff. We just started out in there. So, it's all covering in areas where there's produce ore. It's like ore was something.

So, I clean the floor. The machine is off. You've got 120k. You've got a real?

I didn't horse power. 80 horse power. Oh, okay. Not from mine.

Yeah, I was going to throw a horse power. The mix can't be used. It's like a horse power. I think it's a four-point-foggy.

I think it's a two-point-diesel. It's a three-point-diesel. It's a three-point-foggy. I tell them a truck.

A four-point-foggy. It'll cut you. If you put it in half. If you put it in front of it, you lose it.

You would have to drink it. You would have to drink it with it. You'd have to do it with it. You'd be buying something if you wanted to.

I said three. I'll do it with it. Do you have to do weird equipment? Masks like, the things we could show off.

I mean, these things are like a little bit. You told me. Sorry. Was it the sand?

Anybody else? Yeah. I had a lot of them. The gardener that was using the form of the spray from the face of the face, that was in the face.

You wearing a mask? No, I was going to pass the machine to turn it off. Oh, I did. I was going to pass it to the face of the word.

Wow. That's just sand. Sand's illegal. It's a little bit of a leak.

So, you can't sandblast anymore. No. No. Why are I saying?

I don't know. Next. I don't know. I don't know.

I don't know. It's obvious. It's still a co-sis. It's still a co-sis.

From sand. When the sand is... So she's not going to bitch. No.

The sand bangle is split. Yep. They've learned a little bit about how to easily come. So, silicon is inside normal sand.

And if you sandblast, it splits the sand. And it comes out. That's what causes cancer. So, you're not allowed to sand, the people still sandblast, but they're in booths and stuff.

But even they're going away from that using different products. But you'll get people, if you're sandblasting outside, you may as well be spraying a specimen in here. Wow. So, you can use crushed glass, the side arm.

That's so far. That's so far. It's so far. No, it's disintegrating.

You can use the parts wet. You can use glass in pretty much dissolved into nothing. And then I'm sure this applies to various products that probably have a sharper, more sharper use tool. So, again, depending on what the impression is.

Yeah. The one part called Black Beauty. Black Beauty, yeah. What's...

What kind of black beauty? So, what's the answer is that. How does black beauty help? It's like a niche for two or three different types of media.

Yep. So, the bangle's a lot sharper. So, if you're doing more rust removal work, you can do something like that. Okay.

So, it's hard core. Yeah. We're still talking about that. We're about to sell some things.

We're about to sell some things. Happy help. Yeah. Just trying to talk about your picture.

Not black beauty. So, what's that? So, it's a border strip. And you want to...

And I wanted to repaint all strip of holes. What was that? Yeah. It's what I thought.

Sorry. So, would you... What would you use soda or would you use garlic or glass? It's only black beauty.

So, I'm going to rep crime it. Sorry. What product does it hold in the tomato? It's probably metal.

Yeah. It's like a copper pot. Yeah. The shiny...

Do you think this face makes? I'm going to be in these places. I'm going to be in these places. What?

Is there a... It's talking about copper. It's talking about copper. Yeah.

The polo looks like shiny. There's a lot of sort of lasting sites. Yeah. Supplies and forms.

I think you should start them. And call it a strip club. Oh, that's good. Strip club.

Strip club. It's not already trying to be free. No, it's not already starting. It's not already starting.

It's not already starting. It's not already starting. It's not already starting. It's not already starting.

It's not already starting. It's not already starting. It's not already starting. So, you spent 120 grand.

You've set up the blaster. What do you need to buy to fire it up? Is it the materials that you would strike the laser? Well, the media that you used to do the blasting with.

And these ones. And then like a whole cell for blasters. There's their manufacturer and the shooter of parts and equipment as well. So, exclusively they do blasting equipment.

They do like a bunch of what? How much would a bag of bakings is it by sack? Is it a bag of? Well, they're normally in 25 kilobags.

And they're pretty much probably the most expensive. And they can grade that as well. Okay. So, the price will go from anything from 15 dollars to maybe 24 dollars a day.

How long would a bag last year if you were to sample last other one on your solar? Well, again, it depends on the application as to how to get into your wallet. And you would reach out to three to four bags a day on. So, it's not a cheap machine.

Not as efficient as opposed to taking the car to a repair. I'm having a paint trip to car and rock it back. Then we get everything off it. And then we get a lot of things back over to get with needles.

Okay. So, the blasting here is a lot quicker. It's a lot more efficient and more consistent. As well as you have better finish.

And then you're ready to start. Well, you're starting off a raw product from scratch basically. Then what's the point? I've never heard of the blasting before.

Oh, I've never heard of the blasting before. Yeah. No, it's not really interesting to know. And like I said, we'll put on the Facebook and Facebook page because it's, I mean, I love learning things every day.

I mean, I love learning things every day. I've never heard of the blasting before. Oh, I've never heard of the blasting before. Yeah.

No, it's not really interesting to know. And like I said, we'll put on the Instagram and Facebook page because it's, I mean, I love learning things every day. We say we had the engineers telling us how to build a road. Every time I drop the bridge, they'll think, oh.

And then that's the idea of this podcast. I'll say give you a round. We try to get guests on in various fields so we can learn something out of it. Basically, you can remove the, the paint of our color can about emitting the aluminum.

Yeah. It came as well. We can get the last half bridge with the same shape. So there's a lot of applications.

You can do like remedial concrete work, remove stencil edge concrete out. Can you get rid of those stupid lines? Yeah. Can you come back to me?

Oh, yeah. I think that's done. Oh, you're on the road. It's his road.

So the whole road. He owns the road. Oh, OK. What's the right line to start charging a tower?

Yeah. So basically what happens is Rob Water Factory, right? And then you've got to build the land tax. You're on the whole subway.

So you know it's all right. I'll say you know one's a tolerate. So I've got to build for operating for like 15 million. I was really scared, but it wasn't.

So does that mean you've really burned out for that road? We can take a private road and get sick out. We could. If the cops turn up and say, wait.

I don't know the road. They're showing the paperwork. Speaking of burns. You know, it's true.

It's just being burned out of control. Because everyone found the other private road. This afternoon I had. I know which factory that's probably started.

AMG C63's and today's been insane. They're probably just running it running in the new engines for a big wedding. Well, that can come in there, blast all that down off the ground. Actually, that's been done for.

What the hell is that? No, I don't know. I took you in WA last week. Oh, yeah.

What a dick. You know what, that was a deep feel sorry for him. Because he's probably just gone, I'm going to give a little bit of a squirt and I don't realise I'm going to fucking eat it. And I'm going to eat the cup.

For those who don't know, there was a clip that housed it around to the group. It was a V, G, yes. Turning left without a blink. Turn left without a blink.

Turn left without a blink. Turning left without a blink up, mind you. That's why I caused it. That's where you drive up.

I don't know what it was, but it's Ty's group at the wrong moment. And, uh, you don't have a quick U turn and slam up next to a WX. I've done some of that once. It's about each twice.

Once on my tour I ride on. I ride on. Yeah, it's a tour I ride on. I ride on half, yeah.

You did it burn out. You left it grab with my hand. You said it was a ride on. Actually, were they all on the back?

No, no, no. Right on, my brother's actually flipped the ride on. You don't have to go uphill straight up because you do flips. That's exactly what it's like to say.

Or else you can flip it. Can we talk about the super? Yeah, we don't have to talk about much new cars. Okay, the same shoe as Pecos.

It looks like a white super. It's a made looks like a Nike shoe. They've released the price. It's got a sticker price of 84, 900 plus on road costs.

That's the base model. Correct. So it's going to cost 140,000. No, no, no.

Unlike BMW, 20,000 have options. Yeah, but they got it. How much is the cargo cost? I think we have 13.

Here we go. It's got Ford, the GDS models, heads up display, forged alloy wheels, sports brakes. I think that's 94,000 plus on road. It's only 105.

Yeah. 105, 107. Yeah. Got 110.

110. What else can you buy from 110? Yeah, four. That's the Z4.

That's the six cylinder. Doesn't matter. I'm just comparing cars. Ford Mustang GT for a lot less.

Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

Yeah. But the guy that's going to buy the Supers is going to buy Super on. I'd say 30 grand to buy an R. Sorry.

We'll do you. And do you know the wheel base between Super and the Cayman are exactly the same? What do we have they tried to base their car on? Oh, yeah.

They were trying to go for the Cayman. Well I think it's going to be a nice car. I just think it's a surprise. Of course he is.

And he's only bringing 300 in the country. They've probably all spoken for. 300. They've got an online watering system.

Yeah. It's a pretty one car per deal. I mean, let me tell you a deal as candidate of the nation wide. So they're going to get, they're still like hotcakes.

And they will take his Brisbane and even he's not 100% sure that he's ever been in his first allocation list So what were you run on the popular forwards cars with without cement? What did he shit? No, no the blaster. No, he was?

Black Beauty. Actually 120 ground above blaster. Men's are like as a car enthusiast, he has some projects on the board. What do you got man?

No, don't worry. What's I? He's we got, it's a radio show. You can charge me.

It's not a TV. It'll translate. Oh, what? I just haven't think for those.

What is it? Wow. I've got a little Mazda 1000 U. Mazda 1000 U.

Yeah. Knowing you. What's in its engine bay. I doubt it's a thing right.

I doubt it's a one-litre. Swat right Ross. That's a 30-bit turn on. Got a Chevy.

That's one-tump one-face. Does the quarter in? I'm hoping it'd be eight seconds. Ross does not that mean eight seconds.

It's like four times faster than his range. We're having the range over. We're just starting to get stronger. We're hoping the range over.

The range over the race. Well, this is a good one. They gave me the car back yesterday. And Land Rover Australia is evolving.

And they asked me to sort of stop 10 people because shit. Did you tell them to give me a car that is in a wheel? They gave me a car that is in a wheel. Wow.

What was that? Two for one do it. It's just going to let me drive too. So just one all the way.

No, I'm changing. I'm getting in more options for any of the people you see. They're going to have to bring one in for you obviously because this stage we're talking about in a new car. So what's that?

Three months? One. I'm just going to be checking. That's the best I can talk to you again.

Vogue. That'll probably rip a 50-gram off the boat and give it to you. Yeah, the car's too fun. It's not really.

Look, I just said to them, what would you expect me to be? What do you want to do? I don't want to rethink. I don't want to rethink.

I don't want to rethink. I don't want to rethink. But we've been getting in a lot of cars. No worries.

Or just loop through, lump cars out from our house. When I'm working, he brought me out. So it's the car he's trying to keep their hands. He brought me out.

What's that new Jaguar, electric, in? It's I, I, I, I. I don't know. You know what I'm thinking of?

If I had the car for a week and a half, I was supposed to judge it. How's this message charged? I don't know if it charges today. It's not.

Think of that. The one you used for the multiband. Oh, yes. You can't just chucking the front window.

Like, you know, genuinely want me to freak out. I was supposed to do a charge right now. I was gonna play into the 240 volt. I was gonna try to charge.

Look at that. I'm gonna hit it. So how many of the products do you have slapped up in the front yard? So basically all you make is you know I work with Jaguar Landro.

My name is Fucking Drug D. I'm the man with the Nail. You're all gonna fuck with your suit? You're just not doing Wing Chun.

We've got fucking chairs up getting any press cars. What are you driving there? I think I fucking just got it. That should give us cars up.

What do you think is that? What's the car? They're down in the car park. They're running for the next month.

So mine's an MI19 2018 build. I'm currently driving in 2019 build. What is it? What a vid.

One month difference between the two builds. They're two different cars. Completely different cars. I reckon my car was on a Friday.

It was a Friday car. They're still having a coffee. We can talk about it. It's a long part of it.

You see that video? Tell what? There was a video of cows in suburban streets in Oropa. No.

There was a dairy farm that backs onto it. I found a hole in the fence. Speaking of cows. There's a huge vegan movement here.

It's sitting at the moment. Everyone's a vegan. I've got no one but anyone that's a vegan. I'll tell you the first.

There's a video of this guy who's going to get full on vegan. Support. He's going up against this dairy farm. This is a dog.

He's caught from south Australia. He must be quite senior in the car. Someone's caught up on video. You're killing the animals.

They love big milk. I don't kill them. You're killing them. I'm a dairy farmer.

I'm going to stay alive. Don't you feel this guy? He goes, what do we do kill them? They taste so good.

He's like, you're using his pore blog. He's like, you can't eat the cows. He goes, you don't understand. How would you feel it?

If you've got milk every day. He goes, I can tell you this now. The cow gets to the thing. If we leave one cow in the pay for whatever reason, it's waiting in milk.

He just wouldn't let up. He just doesn't let up. He goes, you know that. They're not gonna try and get pregnant all the time.

To produce milk. They're pretty muchAnd then they bring in the bull again. They're not gonna try to label them in the car. Okay.

They're not gonna try and get them all the time. They're pretty muchkip. They're pretty muchkip. They're pretty muchkip.

Do you know what the car is? Yes. They're pretty muchkip. Oh, this is a real car.

It was case of my band wasn't it? No, I didn't. You know what I said about it? No, I was headed by the guy, I really use it lately.

There's another story that Hal brought up earlier today. Men was on his trip with the jet skis, how I only died from the crocodiles. No, we've heard this one. Yeah.

But today there's a story that the guy in a full drive got bonked in the crocodile. A crocodile infested, it's swampy air. I betcha that guy was following his mates and I all went fast, I know how that guy feels. He was left behind by himself and I betcha he was giggling about to die.
