Men’s and Women’s Cross Country is back in the house with host Paul Meadors, and this time he’s joined by new FPUXC head coach Landon Miller, seniors Julissa Avila and Rodney Chemalmal, and sophomores Julia Martinez and Aidan Ransom.Fresh off the heels of a successful race at Woodward Park with both the men and women taking first place, Coach Miller shares his outlook on the season and what he hopes the team to accomplish in 2025.  Then the four student-athletes talk about both their training routines and off track endeavors and aspirations.  Plus, Rodney – from Kenya – shares his unique story from his tribe back home to discovering FPU, and what he misses most about his homeland.#BackTheBirds
