Tuhi Martukaw 洪簡廷卉 was co-chair of the Global Indigenous Youth Caucus at the UN Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues (UNPFII) from 2010 to 2015. She’s now a policy advocate, journalist, community organiser, and founder of the Taiwan Indigenous Youth Working Group (LIMA).
