32. Our Humble Savior: Have the Mind of Christ

Surely he has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows; yet we esteemed him stricken, smitten by God, and afflicted. But he was pierced for our transgressions; he was crushed for our iniquities; upon him was the chastisement that brought us peace, and with his wounds we are healed.Think of this dear friend, Jesus was pierced for our transgressions and crushed for our sins. This is humility in Love. Mark 10:45; For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.The One who is the image of the invisible God, whom all things were created through and for, and who holds all things together is the Christ who came to serve and die for our sin. What a Savior!
