#32 The Best of 2023

We did it y’all!! We made it to the end of 2023, here’s to what is in store for 2024. This weeks episode is a year in review of some of the best moments from I Feel Fat Today. I wish I had more time to pull more from this years catalog of episodes because this best of doesn’t really cover all that we did in 2023. But having said that, I think this is a fun walk down memory lane & a nice sampling of what has been covered on IFFT this far.
