Troy went a different way from the family real estate business and started out by refurbishing used equipment by night which he sold to local businesses by day. After two years of hard work building a strong business foundation, Commonwealth was approached by a major manufacturer in the industry who saw potential in the small company which was a catalyst for the company’s growth and Troy’s position today. Slowly but surely, Troy has shifted into a large scale real estate developer and owner in Kentucky.
