Just this Thursday we mourned over the destruction of the Holy Temples, Jerusalem, and an exile that has been lasting for almost 2,000 years! And exile of persecution, exterminations, and humiliation. G-d, how are we to survive this all?! This lecture is based primarily on two maamorim the Rebbe delivered, one on last Shabbat and one on this Shabbat in 1969, exploring the spiritual dimension of consolation that G-d is giving us, in our mourning over the destruction of the first and second Holy Temple.
