Lencke Steiner ist Jahrgang 1985 und bekannt aus der VOX-Gründershow 'Die Höhle der Löwen.' Seit 2010 ist sie erfolgreich als geschäftsführende Gesellschafterin W-Pack GmbH in Bremen. Das Unternehmen hat sich auf Verpackungskonzepte für die Industrie- und Lebensmittelbranche spezialisiert. Sie gehört zu den bekanntesten Unternehmerinnen Deutschlands. Zudem ist sie Fraktionsvorsitzende der freien Demokraten in der bremerischen Bürgerschaft und Mitglied der freien Demokraten. Zwischen 2012 und 2015 war sie Vorsitzende des Bundesverbandes der 'jungen Unternehmer.' Die Bremerin erhielt 2013 den Hansepreis Deutschland für gesellschaftspolitisches Engagement und ihren Einsatz für Generationengerechtigkeit. Das Magazin Kapital kürte sie bereits zum vierten Mal zur jungen Elite, die Top 40 unter 40.
