Julie stresses, "We have better solutions now for athletes than we've had in the past."   One of the most important functional tasks that Julie addresses with all of her patients and clients is the act of breathing as Julie believes, "Breathing is your gateway into all these systems."   Julie utilizes recruitment of core muscles and breathing techniques in her treatment interventions to promote movement fluidity. She stresses, "It has to be a team, it's all working together and it needs to move in a responsive way."   For more information on Julie: Julie Wiebe, PT has over twenty years of clinical experience in both Sports Medicine and Women's Health.
