324 - Fight or Flight

Overview - Fight or Flight. Acts 24:24-27. In our message today we mainly looked at how Felix responded to the seeds that Paul had sown on his and the religious leaders hearts during the last trial they had with Paul. Paul had been in some serious trouble with the religious Jews because of his teachings of Jesus Christ and the law of Moses, and they wanted him dead. During the last trial between Paul, the religious leaders, and Felix the governor of Caesarea, Paul not only defended himself with a great defense, but he also planted some seeds for Jesus Christ and God’s kingdom in his foes hearts. Today we get to read of how Felix responds to Paul’s witness. Did the seeds he planted of Jesus Christ bear fruit? Was his response a fight or flight one to Paul’s message?
