Al Fadi and Sam Shamoun use the Quran to show that Jesus is superior to Mohammad.  They don't believe that the Quran is the word of God, but they follow Paul's example in reaching out to people. These Characteristics are: 1. Jesus's maternal family were the  greatest creatures.  2. Jesus's mother was the greatest woman, and the only woman mentioned by name.  3. Jesus and His mother are absolutely sinless and pure.  4.Jesus is the pre-existent  word of God.  5. Jesus was conceived and born of a virgin. 6. Jesus created things.  7.
