326: Striving for Balance in Life while Developing your Business with Bill Mueller

Today's Guest: Bill MuellerBill is the consummate serial entrepreneur and visionary. Bill has been at the forefront of several industries to include the resume bank, jobsite and career fair industries. Early in his career, while the owner of a chain of some of highest volume resume services in the nation, Bill sold employers access to a resume bank via modem hosted on his computer at home. This was an idea ahead of its time, as the internet wasn’t available and many HR departments didn’t even have access to a modem, which required Bill to not only sell the service but to install the modems. Once the internet became common place most employment websites adopted the concept of selling employers access to resume databases. Bill later opened Texas Job Fairs prior to taking his company national and renaming it to American Career Fairs while simultaneously starting one of the first jobsites, formerly referred to as job-boards!
