He leads the development of automation and autonomy products that make Deere customers more productive, profitable, and sustainable. Prior to his career with the company, Jorge was the CEO and co-founder of Blue River Technology (a John Deere company), which was acquired by Deere & Company in September 2017 and is now run as an independent subsidiary. He earned a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Universidad Catolica del Peru and three master's degrees in electrical engineering, engineering management, and business from Stanford University.
