Before God enlarges your territory, He enlarges your capacity. While there is A LOT of information available to cultivate our mental health, that really won't help us if we are emotionally immature, and it will continue to keep us stuck if we overlook that... Out of the HEART flow the issues of life. When we ignore, repress and suppress our emotions for the sake of "looking" powerful, we actually cut off our power. Our emotions, when felt and processed, reveal what is going on in our heart--what we deeply believe at our core...and what we deeply believe at our core, not only affects what we feel, but what we think, how we make decisions and how we behave. It's time to stop acting like "we're good" and really become good ground on the inside. It's time fight the inner fight so we are ready for the outer fight.
