This week, I’m thrilled to chat with Chef Carey McLellan, the talented Head Chef at The Sandbar Restaurant in Southampton. She shares her incredible journey, from growing up with limited food diversity to becoming a head chef known for her creativity and stunning dishes made with locally harvested and seasonal produce.
