And with fast food restaurants on seemingly every corner, it can be easy just to give in and make the ‘easy choice’.So, how do we plan ahead and set ourselves up to make healthy choices? Well, the truth is, there are many different strategies and plans that work for different families… but in this episode, we will share some of our favorite ways to eat healthy while also making allowances for the occasional sugary treat.Healthy habits and eating is all about balance. When we master the mindset of ‘food is fuel’, it makes healthy choices much easier.
