33: DC Comics Presents Batman: The Phantasm Rises

Welcome back to another Double Edged Double Bill, old chums! In honor of the release of Aquaman this week, Adam Thomas and Thomas Mariani are doing an episode on DC Comics adaptations... but mostly Batman. Yes, the luck of the Double Edged Double Bill ended up in The Caped Crusader's favor and our returning guest Scott Johnson is joining our Justice League of Discussion! Our good feature is the 1993 film Batman: Mask of the Phantasm, which our trio of heroes dares to say is perhaps the best Batman film ever! Meanwhile at the Legion of Doom, the podcast powered titans have a rousing battle over our "bad" feature The Dark Knight Rises, the contentious capper to the Christopher Nolan Batman trilogy which results in the most divisive discussion on the show yet!
