#33 Gary Window

Gary Window is one of footy’s great characters… a super player, with a larger-than-life persona. Gaz was captain of Central District’s first ever SANFL game, its first state representative and first Magarey Medalist in 1965. His passion and enthusiasm was infectious when he became a great media performer, and at 85 years young, Gaz is still a regular at Elizabeth Oval watching his beloved Bulldogs. It’s a real honour having such a brilliant storyteller, who is a true pioneer of the SANFL, share his story with us.
