33) How My Career Assessment Process Works + Examples

Being a digital nomad isn't just about landing a remote income, but doing work that aligns with you and your real passions. Today we are going talk about the Digital Nomad  Career Assessment I offer, which helps me help you break down your shadows, wants, desires, and skill sets in what you want in a career and personal walk-throughs with me. The career assessment is not just a career quiz, it is a holistic life transformation process. This assessment is different because, I don't push my clients into one specific endeavor , but what are they naturally gravitating towards in their passion and skills.  In this episode we are going to talk three clients who have taken my Digital Nomad Career Assessment course: Client #1: Wanted to do a career in something creative but her mother always pushed her away from creative work to do a more "practical career"Client #2: Already has a skillset in becoming a video editor but didn't believe he could start a business because he "wasn't an expert"Client #3:  Had no dreams to become a digital nomad, but needed to leave the construction work behind as he was getting older, getting injured on the job, and has a new born infant to stay home for.
