So many of us are flooded with limiting beliefs such as I'm not, I'll never and I can't. Often times, these beliefs are so embedded in our subconscious that we don't realize how they are negatively impacting our identity, well-being, and growth in life. But we can choose to believe differently because beliefs are our choice.
