33. Letting Go with Hospice Nurse Kristin Kildea

We had to put our dog down last week and it gutted us.  In my grief I came back to this podcast.  Living in the edit of this conversation was such a gift, because while it's expansive, at its core, it's about letting go.  Most people don’t want to talk about death and dying.  I get it!  Even though we can honor grief as another form of love … Who wants to think about something that includes all of those messy emotions.   Another truth though - is that one day.  Death will find us.  It’s ok if you don’t want to think about it now.  But if you do give that truth some space in your life, the present moment gets sweeter.  Because while we are all gd miracles - this life - this moment - is fleeting.
