Patrick Grant is passionate about his career, his family, and all Hershey Bears supporters.  His position at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company is Director, Corporate Partnerships & Premium Seating and WorkHappy is in his blood. Patrick had recently completed an 18-day run that featured multiple sellouts, several home games, and a Guinness World Record on the day we recorded. He believes that a conditioned attitude, both personal and professional, may make anyone happy at work.  In this WorkHappy episode, he explains how he keeps himself happy at work and how you can, too.
