#33 Shannon Shaw

Shannon and The Clams are one of those bands that reminds you of why people fled their small towns to move to San Francisco before the internet folks came in and white washed the city. The Clams have a new record out and are currently on tour with Dan Aurbach. Shannon herself also has a "solo" album on the way. She stopped in on her way to the airport to talk about growing up mormon in the hills of Napa Valley, recording her solo debut with legendary nashville sessions musicians and what Dwight Yoakam is really doing when he's shaking his tush. You're listening to Jedbanger's Ball!
